Welcome, Playoffs. How I've missed you.

So, The playoffs started this weekend. And with all of the talks about how even everything in the West is, the only lower seed to win a game 1 was out East, Philly. Chris Paul, first playoff game: 35 points on 65% shooting, 10 Assists with only 1 turnover, 4 steals and a blocked shot. Paul, Playoffs. Playoffs, Paul. Good to have you both.

Other notable Game 1 performances: Tim Duncan had 40 points, 15 Rebounds, 5 assists, 3 blocks and the game tying 3 pointer(!!!) to force overtime in one of the best games I've EVER seen. Seriously, I'm trying to think of a better game than this one over the last 10 years (The time I've been following the league closely) and I can't.

Pau Gasol: 36 points, 16 Rebounds, 8 Assists, 3 Blocks, and the most iportant stat of the night for him, 1 win. That's 1 more than his entire win total in his previous three trips to the NBA Post-Season

LeBron James had his usual 400 point, 35 assist, 45 rebound game and DeShawn Stevenson (Mr. "Lebron is Overrated") had a field goal.

More after All of the Game 2s are done.

Oh yeah, how could I not say anything about the Man Child, Dwight Howard, getting a 20-20 game! Man, wouldn't it be great if we could replace Tyson Chandler with Dwight Howard or Jameer Nelson with Chris Paul? I mean, sure, it wouldn't be fair, but it would sure be fun!
